In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), HYDROLYCA ENERGY SYSTEMS S.L. (hereinafter the ADMINISTRATOR) informs you that it owns the website: https://www.hydrolyca.com.

Browsing and using the ADMINISTRATOR's website grants the status of USER, whereby all the conditions of use established herein are accepted without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations, as the case may be.

The ADMINISTRATOR's website provides a wide variety of information, services, and data. The USER assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website. This responsibility extends to the truthfulness and legality of the information provided by the USER in the forms issued by the ADMINISTRATOR to access certain content or services offered by the website.

6. DATA PROTECTION

We inform our USERS about the Privacy Policy that will apply to the processing of Personal Data.

- Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (RDLOPD).

- Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

According to the new regulation, "personal data" means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("the data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual and industrial property rights derived from all texts, images, as well as the means and forms of presentation and assembly of its pages, belong to the ADMINISTRATOR of the website, either by itself or as a transferee. They will, therefore, be works protected by intellectual property under the Spanish legal system and may be applied to both Spanish and Community regulations in this field, as well as international treaties relating to the matter and subscribed to by Spain.

9. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the USER and the ADMINISTRATOR of the website shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid shall be competent to decide on any controversy that may arise between the USER and the ADMINISTRATOR.

The present conditions of access are subject to the Spanish legal system. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the website, the USER and ADMINISTRATOR agree to submit expressly to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
